Somewhat related, but I'm fascinated by "self-healing" systems. Agile software methods (done properly) can be self-healing. Certain organizational structures can be self-healing. It's not quite antifragile. It's somewhere in the middle.

I see both antifragility and the self-healing that you describe as facets of error correction.

It's all about identifying errors, whether in the form of fragility (errors in how the system is built) or mistakes (errors of execution made in the past) and correct them.
